What is meant by an "INDEPENDENT" Freight Auditor ? Are Internal Freight Auditing part of any logistics or freight organisation?

No not at all - Internal Freight Auditing have no affiliation with any specific freight forwarder - Shipping line - Airline or Transportation company.

Whilst it is our business to "liaise" with as many of the above as possible, for service and pricing evaluations with continued market awareness, our freight auditors offer only impartial advice, in order to give you, the customer, the best possible direction, process efficiency and above all - VALUE. We recognise that no single transportation company will ever be able to provide this.

How much does a Freight Audit cost?

It really does depend of the size and the amount of your freight transactions.
Our primary aim is to provide value for money with visible results as quickly as possible.

After a swift and focused evaluation, we provide the choice of either a fixed auditing fee
based on the time and detail involved OR the option of:

A PERCENTAGE OF COSTS SAVED with
NO COST EXPOSURE TO YOUR BOTTOM LINE.
with MEASURED VISIBLE SAVINGS in both finance and efficiency

Typically on average our target is to save €4.50 for every €1.00 invested in the first year alone. For larger organisations, the savings percentage can be much greater.

Can Internal Freight Auditing assist in off-site Third Party Contracts ?

Very much so - whether in isolation or part of a group project plan. With our clients consent, we will evaluate the value and efficiency of your chosen supply chain partner and report to you accordingly.
